City ClerkThe City Clerk is custodian of all documents belonging to the City not assigned to the custody of another officer. These documents include City Council meeting minutes, executed contracts, licenses and permits.
The City Clerk also:
- Acts as the Local Registrar for Birth and Death Records;
- Is the designated Freedom of Information Officer for requests for public records;
- Coordinates Election and Voter Registration activities; and issues the following licenses/permits
- Raffle
- One day Liquor
- Solicitor
