LAKE
FOREST SQUASH PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Kim Tunney
is
our Program Director who enjoys teaching junior and adult
players. She is a United States Squash Racquets Association
(USSRA) Level Two Certified Instructor and a USSRA
Level D4 Certified Referee. In addition to her duties
as squash programming director, she is president of the
Illinois Squash Racquets Association (ISRA) and Secretary to
the USSRA’s Executive Board.
Kim has guest coached at the Greenwich
Academy Squash Camp in Greenwich, Connecticut and has
written articles and photographed the international pro
scene for Squash Magazine, Squash Player International,
Simply Squash, Illinois Squash News and Squashtalk.com
website. She served as Assistant Coach to the
Northwestern Men’s Squash Team, winners of the NISRA
2001Chafee Division Trophy captured at Yale University, and
as a U15/U13 USSRA Squads coach to the top six junior
players in the United States.
Kim is available for private or semi-private lessons. The
cost is $30 per hour, payable at the Fitness Center desk
prior to the lesson (two-hour cancellation policy in

Nick Burlew, Instructor, is new to our staff
but not new to the game. Nick competed in high school and
learned to play the game while growing up in Lake Forest. A
NAAP tennis instructor, Nick is available for private squash
coaching and lessons during the day. Cost is $25 per hour
payable at the front desk. To book a lesson, call

Craig Chircop, Junior Instructor, is available for
lessons during school and summer vacations. Craig plays on
our high school team and many of our juniors enjoyed hitting
with him this past summer. Cost is $15 per hour payable at

SQUASH
& RACQUETBALL SERVICES
RACQUET STRINGING AND GRIPPING
Lake Forest Squash offers certified racquet stringing with
next day service. Both racquet re-stringing and re-gripping
are available. Racquets can be dropped off and picked up at
the Fitness Center desk. For questions about repairs, phone
the Fitness Center at 847-615-3187.
PLAYER’S DIRECTORY
Lake Forest Squash and Racquetball has compiled a directory
of players. Have your name added. If you are looking for
partners to play a friendly match, then the directory should

available to digitally videotape and analyze your squash
